Cancellation Policy

Cancellation due to unsuitable weather conditions – Full Refund
Cancellation 30 days prior to date of Travel – Full Refund
Cancellation less than 30 days – 50% Refund
Cancellation less than 48 hours – NO REFUND
No Show – NO REFUND

Wilkin River Jets reserve the right to change or amend trip times and routes due to weather, river conditions and customers safety while on the walking tracks. Delays are rare but are expected as part of the environment we work in.

Rates

All rates are expressed in NZ Dollars, gross per person inclusive of GST (15.% General Sales Tax)

Reservation Procedure:

All requests should be submitted to us by email or via website. If requests are made by phone these must be followed up by email or website confirmation. All requests will be responded to promptly

Payment:

All payments must be pre-paid unless prior approval has been granted for payments on an invoice basis. If payments are to be made on an invoice basis, a company or personal credit card guarantee must be provided. All invoices must be paid 7 days after receipt of invoice.
