Cancellation policy
Rates: All rates are expressed in NZ Dollars, gross per person inclusive of GST (15.% General Sales Tax)
Children: Children are 3-13 years, Under 3 years travel free.
Reservation Procedure: All requests should be submitted to us by email or via website. If requests are made by phone these must be followed up by email or website confirmation. All requests will be responded to promptly.
Availability: All activities are subject to suitable weather conditions and availability. Min numbers apply
Payment: All payments must be pre-paid unless prior approval has been granted for payments on an invoice basis. If payments are to be made on an invoice basis, a company or personal credit card guarantee must be provided. All invoices must be paid 7 days after receipt of invoice.

Wilkin River Jets and Backcountry Helicopters reserve the right to change/cancel/ alternate the flight path due to unsuitable weather or river conditions. Wilkin River Jets and Backcountry Helicopters trips and activities run on demand with min numbers applying.
